Good products and excellent service. A tad expensive for my pocket but as they say "you get what you pay for".

Staff are very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this shop indeed . I didn't feel uncomfortable ,intimidated or looked down upon, nor did I feel other customers were made to feel this way unlike l'occitane shop in the same shopping complex

Absolutely shocked me the lady who serves me today is totally rude. Supposed is a good day start of the shopping, she just ruin my day. I was paid the cash at then end, she told me tht she had no change and asked me do I had exactly change, and I say sorry I dont have. She just made the sound like I bothered her and roll her eyeballs up! This is totally unexpected! And I put the money on the table still decide what to do next step, and she just grab the money away form the desk and count by herself? And give me back the rest, I just cant deal with her so I decided to ask my husband to come in paid the rest with the card. Totally disappointed when a lot of comments wrote they had a lovely experience but without my experience is good. I hope not because Im Asian so treat me in this way.
