        Always get what I need, staff are friendly and helpful, right from the Manager to the delivery driver they can't do enough to make you feel welcome and if they are not too busy you can get a nice cuppa from them. On my last visit I didn't even have to go and get my items as the warehouse boy Jack went and got them for me from the shelves while the delivery driver Billy made me a wonderful cup of coffee. Andrew the Manager came out of his office to ask me how I was, he always finds the time to be helpful and courteous and always gives you a truthful answer to your questions about the products. Also all the girl staff are well versed in the products and will try to match you to the best ones for you. 5 star service keep it please.

        Ordered a takumi backwash unit from A&F in Liverpool and dealt with Jack there was some issues with the delivery due to corona but I was kept fully in the loop and I got the item quicker than expected. Jack then called to see if I was happy with the backwash. Brilliant customer service and my barber shop ted Jacobs cant recommend jack enough
