3 young female staff members stood about and directing a huge queue to the self service tills None using initiative and jumping on the till to process any customers themselves. Great to hear staff moaning how busy the shop is aswell

Due to the staff being more interested in their conversation, I couldn't find what I wanted. Also due to being busy chatting, my advantage card wasn't scanned because I couldn't get it to work on the self-service checkout and after saying excuse me 3 times I gave up.
