Absolutely amazing! Messaged via Instagram with video of my hair, also adding I felt urgh, fed up, anxious and wanted to feel like my old me. So a new style and colour would be needed. I received a message from Steph which got me excited and even through it was only a message she come across so positive and happy, straight away took my stress away. Only my first visit, but straightaway felt like I had been coming here all my life. All the girls were chatty and smiley. Couldn't have done anything more to make me feel so welcome and one of the family. 5 would advise anyone to come and see for yourself. Total value for money too.
