Too Faced Cosmetics Liverpool

Me and my friend went to Liverpool for the first time and needed last minute make up. Went in Too Faced and managed to book last min. We were greeted by the staff immediately with a big smile and asked us if we needed any help. I had my makeup done by Jade who was very lovely and so happy. My make up looked really good and was just what i asked for. Could not recommend enough.... Thank you :)

Wow! Me and my mum visited the shop yesterday - our first shopping spree post lockdown! I was served by Jade, and herself and the other girl working the shift were absolutely amazing! So friendly, chatty and attentive and will go the extra mile to give amazing customer service. The girls really helped myself and my mum find exactly what we wanted (and more!) And it was by far the best experience I've had in a store in a long time! Thank you so much ladies - we'll be back soon!

Visited Christmas shopping for my daughter and Amy was surperb. I honestly felt like she enjoyed her job and really wanted to give my daughter the best gift. She was honest and had great product knowledge. Brilliant experience!

Rude and miserable staff who look you up and down and chat amongst themselves rather than have the energy to serve a paying customer. Dont know how this shop stays open because its a truly miserable shopping experience. Would love Jerrod Blandino to witness for himself just how unpleasant the staff in here are. They ruin the good name of Too Faced.
