        I thought the process would be much easier to open a childs account than waiting for an additional phone call in the week for further checks tortoise speed application such a shame complete waste of time!

        This has got to be the most shocking of banks when it comes to customer services they dont give any allowance for people being physically disabled and unable to get to a branch.
