        Web site and helplines useless. Told in branch they couldn't help although they did give me the wrong phone number to ring. Totally unhelpful and un professional. Best keep your money under the bed

        The new service in this bank is shocking. Two paying in machines and only one working as the other was being serviced. When I complained it was suddenly turned on. When I mentioned this I had the most patronising sorry I have ever experienced.

        Really friendly helpful staff who have today had a McMillan coffee morning and tombola and raised over 200 for such a good cause

        Useless during covid.only open shorter hours and not saturdays.im needing to see the bank but i work so saturdays is my only time.well done for opening to pensioners un employed and furlough
