Couldn't deposit anymore than 20 per time in the cash counter. The machine is an absolute joke, perfect banknotes every time and it either tells you there is something wrong or chews the money and it gets stuck which is always disconcerting. Aside from the queuing for an average of 15-20 mins every time you visited when there was staff, you now have no cashiers and a machine that won't accept money. Thanks HSBC.
