        I thought I would rate this bank 1 star for false promises. Went to ask for bank statement of my late husband and since I moved to different area, the guy told me it will be sent out to my new address after 10 days; but after a month, I received nothing. So I head to Lloyds Woolton today and explained my circumstances. The lady in the teller was so helpful, her name was Louise and together with her manager from the other branch Lucy, they sorted my request on the spot. 5 stars for the 2 of them, great customer service and 1 star for my previous experience. All in all, a happy customer served here.
