        I dont understand why people have jobs dealing with the public when they are rude and also wrong about their own company policy. Cait has given me the most terrible attitude and advice going against the companys own policy, I have Halifax on the phone contradicting what I am being told in this branch and yet other branchs are completely fine and agree with head office. Avoid unless your using the cash machine

        Bit of a surprise how big the branch is!!!!, I'm used to smaller branches lol!!!!, overall always happy to go in ( any branch ) staff always take there time and have a friendly chat, make sure you are happy and need any more help or advice
