Absolutely shocking staff. Older lady with blonde hair and glasses was totally unhelpful and put up every barrier possible. Apparently my signature didnt match when Ive had the account ten years and was stood infront of her with passport and drivers licence both with photographs. You cant draw your own money out. Have to order anything over 2k. Its the not the fact I couldnt draw it out its the fact she was rude un helpful and damn right obnoxious. You would think I was trying to draw her money out. Doesnt even deserve a star.

I had pen my account 2004 and been using the bank and I had break from 2015 and recently I decided to use the acount again but cos it's been not used ages it needed re-activate the acount and it's just toke longer this lovely lady called pat had sorted my account and sorted everything. She certainly credited to the branch . Well done Pat
