        Our Lloyds bank has become pretty non existent. Rumours awhile ago it was shutting altogether. Used to be open on a Saturday which was great if working through the week cut in staff, early closing because of covid and at the moment no chance outside of getting to the cash point because of pathways getting renewed I like a regular mini statement but having to travel to huyton town centre. That says it all prescot the forgotten town again.

        Staff are more than helpful, this review isn't about them but about opening hours. For those people with 9 to 5's Monday to Friday there may as well be no bank at all because it shuts at 4 everyday and isn't open at all of a Saturday???? Useless.

        Good bank this one needs more staff they are run raggid in their. Busy branch . More staff doing the later opening hrs maybe 5.30pm and still 7 on Thursday. I worked in A Bank for yrs and know what it is like to be under staffed.

        Some of us who work in schools and don't finish until 4.30, bank shuts at 4pm not good. Website says Prescot open until 7pm, found shut at 4pm. Not good when people work all day. Should have one night open til late for us workers.
