Everything in person is OK, however should anything go wrong with online banking, the number they tell you to call is incorrect, and their voice recognition software is just awful. Called to fix an error with being locked out on online banking, fought with the answering machine, only to be redirected to another number afterwards.... awful customer service online.

Cant understand why this branch never fills the ATM machine with envelopes to deposit money after banking hours . Ive made 3 trips over the past 3 weeks to put money into account and not been successful to as theres never any envelopes in the machine to deposit the money ! Wasted trips time and petrol and cant get there in the times the banks open due to my working hours , time to say goodbye to Lloyds after 30 years of banking there as its becoming impossible to get cash into the account
