Virgin Money

The absolute weirdest of experiences. Having had to travel to Liverpool as it's the only Virgin Branch open on a Saturday for a few hours... I was met by a gentleman who looked like he'd just woke up from his office, and was dressed head to toe in a tracksuit, no Virgin uniform, no name badge, and wearing trainers. Had to ask if he did indeed work there before sharing any of my details. Unfortunately he hardly spoke a word of clear English either, so we never actually got served properly... And had the weirdest of interactions trying to be understood. I entered wanting to open a second account, left wanting to close my first one. Come on Virgin Money, you might as well not have a branch if this level of brand damage is accepted. Really poor.

Amazing service. Supported me using the cash machine paying in cash and also at the desk when it didn't work. Others members also chatted to me and where very nice. Highly recommended for support.

Nice clean bank easy to use cash machines indoors. Staff helpful.

Useless!! I phoned and got a recorded message asking for my name and number and saying well call you back outside business hours What good is that? The 0345 number is no better waited half an hour only to be told that I needed to go into the Branch and they dont answer the phone because theyre VERY busy!!! Ha ha. Bye bye Virgin, account is being closed!!
