One day, their deposit money machine broke with my card in it! They failed to acknowledge this and blamed me! Not long after that I was hit with a sea of abuse by what can only be described as a power mad old woman that slid from the back of the branch accompanied by her male minion colleague.
I politely asked for a complaints form whilst being verbally abused to which they refused, and refused to give their name..
Not long after I wrote a letter of complaint asking for something to be done about this. I received no apologies from Lloyds customer service nor compensation for my distress on the day. It won't be long till I change bank after this.
The Breck Road branch is not only in a smack head area-the staff are cut from the same cloth. No class and stinks in there. Avoid.
