    Not a review on the staff here but the company as a whole. My account was restricted a week before Christmas because my mum sent me money for Christmas, flagging it as suspicious and therefore apparently a mother sending her son money at Christmas is fraud. I am missing 2 weeks wages, 610 down a week before Christmas is abysmal, i went into the branch 5 times in the space of a week to withdraw my wages as cash which even under investigation are legally allowed and still nothing due to the fraud team, call centre and branch having 0 consistency and communication. My mum is disabled and my little brother has autism so my income helps out a lot in our household, being this down on money at this time of year has hit us hard. Should feel ashamed of yourselves as it is disgusting what you have done and impacted on my family.
