The staff were great, they found d the battery I needed and supplied it. The young man who changed the battery did a wonderful job, laughing all the time, even though it was an awkward job. Thank you Liam, Glenn and the other lad, sorry I forgot your name. They were all great, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative regarding Halfords products and services. So much I also booked a full service. They are certainly an asset to the Halfords team.

I booked a times lot to pickup my order and before that I recieved an email which was maintained that my bicycle has been ready for collection,I went to the store and my bike was not over there,I had a long discussion with the staff about my order about three hours and they said my order would be ready in another week,After staying there about three hours and explaining I needed the the bike for my job they gave a bicycle which is older than my actual order and it is not even working properly, I took it only because I had to take it because of my job,in total the worst experience I have had
