Element Replacement Ltd

After wasting 2 hours traveling to and from Wavertree dealing with Domestic Appliances on Walton Rd asking me they need to see the old oven element, even though I had the model number and picture of it. Go back home to get the old one and get told they had no stock and would take 5 days for a new one. Then I googled Elements Replacement Ltd, phoned them with model number Indesit K645R, they had stock. Great service and not too expensive. will use this company in the future from now on.

Great service from Element Replacement Ltd, ordered on Wednesday after 4pm cut off and part was here 9.30 Friday Morning. Oven now up and running again. Great service and at a great price!

I fixed an ageing oven I have, using elementreplacement.co.uk and stupidly ordered the wrong element, after sourcing the correct one (using the part number this time), these guys took the mistaken one as a refund. Excellent service. You saved me the cost of several hundred pounds to replace a double oven. Thanks!

I originally ordered a replacement element with this company over the phone. Element arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was incorrect so I returned it and was issued a prompt refund no hassle. I then sent Tom photos/sizes of my element and asked his advice. He replied quickly and sent me a link for the genuine and patten part. I chose the original part. Ordered late afternoon ( before 4 ) next day 24 post at sensible price - arrived first thing next day and was quickly and easily in place shortly after. Great knowledgeable service. Initial refund was prompt. Price good and postage reasonable. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
