Terrible place. Don't even bother to consider this place for your stay in Liverpool. Small lift, small hallway. The unit is absolutely small - dusty room, old mattress.

5 ladies in there 60s booked a weekend here. On first look was ok till got cups out to make a cuppa they were Also filthy. Apartment overall very unkempt. Informed members of staff regarding strong smell of cannabis which was coming from room below. led to 2 of the group not be able to sleep in bedroom,so ended having to sleep on sofas. Also the constant noise from floor boards from above apartment We paid over ,60 per night per person When spoke to staff wernt interested Complaint sent to booking .com who we booked through AVOID

We had a good stay here. The staff are so friendly and are happy to help. Would definitely recommend

We booked the penthouse for a surprise party. Got told on the day that only 10 people could enter the room (which should of been stated before booking). Tried to change the names on our guest list and got told we couldnt so some people had to unfortunately go home. Room cost just short of a grand and in the end they wouldnt let us in (with no refund) Woman on front desk thought she worked for Merseyside police and had the attitude of a bouncer in concert square. Just save your money and take this advice, book somewhere better and with genuine customer service.
