If I could give no stars it would of been better , they treat staff and tenants the same, the moment you dont fall for their fake smiles and hospitality of fake parties with loads of alcohol and other substances , then they treat you like dirt , the worst is their Instagram , the same people are posted on insta due to the fact they want to hide everything else while watching back of house and toxic tenants enjoy the atmosphere my favourite is banning dogs going anywhere expect outside yet having doggy yoga ??? , enjoy paying mountains of money for things that dont work , parties that 5 years old could do better and they add alcohol so the alcoholic tenants can be happy and whats worse ? If you love snobs and pretend you still in high school with the cool kids being in control - this place is for you ! Just look at the negative reviews they are all bang on and back of house will treat you like dirt because they think their status at the building site reflects actual reality. Ps enjoy being on a parking waiting list that is more expensive than London parking spots itself ! or worse enjoy your room being hot AF in summer and unbearable during winter - all for 2K a month

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding Mohammed Omar, the night concierge on the 29th of March, 2023. Since the sky lounge is no longer 24/7, after 12am, as residents we have transferred down to the lobby, respecting article 3.16.7. The lobby is not listed as a facility, with no closing time. Therefore, after being asked to leave, we had expressed disapproval of such request. After such, we had recieved racist remarks by concierge. The most unpleasant comment was we are not in Arab country, implying that in Arab countries, there is no order and implicaiton of rules.
