Ive lived here one year and have not had hot water/any water on 6 occasions, sometimes for over 24hrs. No financial reimbursement for this and no acknowledgment of what a massive issue this is for a resident. Ive given 3 stars because the reception staff are lovely but the management need to sort this issue out. Incredibly frustrating.

The best place to live in Liverpool! My partner and I viewed many different places in and around the city when looking to rent an apartment. We own a dog so we had limited options in terms of where we could rent. The Keel is a professional building, with friendly and caring people working here. The facilities are excellent, cleaned regularly, and any issue is very quickly acted on and solved in a professional manner. Our apartment is furnished, with a great view, and our dog is made to feel like a welcome resident here. Theres grass space for him to sniff and run around, and a jar full of treats at the front desk for him. Couldnt recommend the Keel highly enough as a place to live in town. Its close enough to the city to access everything youd need quickly, but far enough out that its a quiet and calm place to live.

I booked an appointment to see a flat. I asked all the details when I called them, including parking. They had told me by phone it was 100/mon, which was fine. I booked a Half Day Annual Leave to see two flats and they told me for parking you need to join a waiting list. Wasted Half Day of my Annual Leave. Unprofessional.

Total disaster and not professional! My son had a confirmed appointment to view one apartment, as soon as he arrived they asked him to wait for 2 min, 5 min later one of the team showed up and he said the apartment was leased and they are sorry for this mistake! They had my sons email and contact number and did not bother themselves to send him a note or call! This attitude is a reflection of their bad services.
