DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING!!!!! Had problems since we moved in September 2020 constant leaks, mould, and now the roof has fallen through and could have killed us! Should not be renting this building out in the state its in we are trying to get out ASAP before the whole ceiling caves in and our property gets damaged, the maintenance company keep putting off the fixtures to the roof and apparently its been going on for years!!! Do not move into this building, the rent is cheap but it comes with a price

Awful place to live. A chat with the neighbours will tell you all apartments are full of damp. My top floor apartment had water dripping onto the bedroom roof, leaking through the window bay & window vents as they are poorly designed. Absolutely no help at all from block management in the 14 months spent here, despite 2 visits from damp and mould experts confirming the issue. The individual apartments are owned by a number of unsympathetic landlords/property management agencies who won't lift a finger & the agency looking after my apartment actually laughably tried to increase the rent after 12 months, with no end in sight & still no clear plan or even further discussions over the damp issue. Found a new home after that, steer clear.
