Never even lived here but the tin foil that I saw lining the windows of the top floor flat whilst I cycled past told me everything I needed to know about the obvious overheating problem this building must have. I wouldn't be surprised if the flats reached temperatures of 35 degrees in April. Shocking. Alarming. Appalling. Perturbing. Disquieting.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I lived here last year, moved out in January and it was genuinely one of the most horrific experiences of my life living in one of these apartments with the heat. The apartment reached over 40 degrees, the windows dont open past a couple cm, fans just blow hot air, it got so bad that we had to leave and find a hotel for the night. I cant even begin to imagine how hot it is in there now with the temperature outside reaching 30. I had numerous problems with the letting agents who are basically useless, the electricity bills for this apartment are also ridiculous. We paid over 120 a month for a one bedroom flat, we never once used the heater the whole time we was there either. There is a reason they dont include electricity in the price (700, which does include wifi and water). The only reason I havent wrote a review sooner is because I was in a dispute with them over trying to take over 180 of my deposit off me for damages that they just so happened to notice weeks after I moved out, before which they kept telling me I would get the deposit in the next few days. The TDS favoured with me and I didnt have to pay anything thankfully but I was charged 2 cleaning fees which I didnt get back which summed upto 96 and 75, not sure how it would possibly cost this much to clean a flat of that size. But, overall avoid this apartment like the plague, nothing but negative experience.

Agree with the other reviews. Would not recommend to stay here. Ridiculously hot in the summer yet ridiculously expensive electricity bills. Got ripped off with my deposit and the managing company take a long time to reply to emails. Would suggest you to find somewhere cheaper and more pleasant to live!
