One Wolstenholme Square

Good location but overpriced studios, they get too hot in summer and don't keep any heat in in winter. It's bad enough that you have to pay to use the laundrette but in my block they have 3 washers and 3 dryers to share between about 100 flats so I literally have to do my washing after midnight when nobody else is using them, if one of the dryers breaks down they do not have about it for months on end.

Really wouldn't recommend living here. It's a shame because the apartments are lovely, yet the shocking management outweighs the positives. Three times I was left with no electricity for hours on end, the third time for 30+ hours as UE (Urban Evolution) failed to communicate efficiently with both the electricity company and me, leaving me to sort it out myself on hold for hours with no electricity sat in a dark flat and unable to eat. I'd recommend somewhere with good management where they make you feel like they want to help !! Shame because concierge and some other staff are lovely but the lettings agent makes it not even worth staying.

The flats here run by urban evolution are a great location and good enough size. However the hundreds of issues that have happened in these flats is insane. The most common and scary issue is the frequent entry of strangers into peoples flats. They turn up not arranged, booked or expected, unlock the door and let themselves in then walk out claiming they didn't know anyone lived there. My advice is 100% don't move here
