The company PRIMESITE - owner KERRTY TOMLINSON - is nothing but a fraud - i lost over 100K on his Rise development and information was withheld about the true nature. They have been dishonest and Certa invest who conveniently closed down only to emerge as Elavace where all in a schema to rob innocent investors. Please do your due diligence if you ever deal with Kerry Tomlinson

Yes, the apartment is great. Like the other client, Mr. Glenn Fry and other landlords who purchased a unit at Strand Plaza, I bought a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with a tenant in place. The tenant paid a 6 months advance rent from January 25th- July 24th 2019 to Primesite, the developer of Strand Plaza. We completed on the apartment on May 9th and we should have gotten a rent from May 9th- July 24th. To this date, we have not gotten a penny. We have been chasing their agent and them directly and both of them come with the same answer, that they are working on getting all the landlords get paid with the rent they owe. So to this date, 24 September 2019, Primesite/Strand Plaza still owes us over 3500 in rent. Update: It is now 2nd of December 2019, and Strand Plaza still has not paid us the rent they owed us since May. We were NOT notified that the developer/owner of Strand Plaza went into administration. Meaning, Strand Plaza will be sold in order for them to pay their creditors. An investor, who put in a 5,000 down payment to purchase a unit, was the one who told me. Based on her solicitor's advise, she is not going to continue with the purchase. Strand Plaza will not give her the 5000 reservation deposit that they told were was totally refundable. Had this investor not told me about this, I would not have known. We, the stakeholder (who owns a unit in the building) were not told about this. Primesite, the developer of Strand is indeed a crook; has no integrity whatsoever. You run a business like this, full of deceits and secrecy, and no wonder they went bankrupt. It's a shame, when the apartment building itself is beautiful and done to a high standard.
