    Booked through homeaway.co.uk and expedia. Property owner only communicates to ask for money, and after refund date they tell you they want a 250 deposit (to be given over the phone!) Felt like a scam so cancelled and lost 50% of booking. HomeAway/Expedia passed the buck to the property owner and were no help. Too risky to book. Terrible customer response from HomeAway and Expedia. The Property Owner does not communicate. Overall worst hotel booking experience ever.
