Disorganised, they take time for everything, and then if you call them, they block you, so they don't attend to you.

Edit: RSM Liv group team have gone out of their way to address the concerns we have had and tried to remedy them in relation to weekend noise pollution on the South facing apartments. Previous Post: Beware of noise on the weekends. (it's worse that it sounds) Moved there a week ago, we asked for a quiet place and got a flat and they told us that noise won't be a problem by the building manager. Well first weekend here and the place in the corner is a club which makes us not want to be in our flat when it's on. I starts early at 1PM and finishes late at night. We had to put some noise cancelling headphones just not to be annoyed at them. There is also a club in kitchen street which goes until 4AM on weekends which was known from the developers prior to the completion of the building. I'm more annoyed at the building managers who lied to us which is why I wouldn't recommend moving here for both of those reason.

Honestly the best place to live , Apartments are gorgeous , amazing amenities and the staff go above and beyond and they throw the best resident partys . Wouldnt want to live any where else thankyou for everything you all do z
