DONT TRUST The place is managed by a fraudulent company Urban Evolution which defraud landlords and steel tenants deposits. Do some research on them, they have been doing it for ages man, proper rouge company with shady directors. Completely stay away from Urban Evolution otherwise you'll be lucky if you see your deposit again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I've been situated in Norfolk House 2 since it's opening date of March 27th 2017, in a studio on one of the lower floors. My contract is all inclusive, taking the hassle out of worrying about the water, electricity and internet bills, a huge plus for me. While there were a few teething issues initially (all to be expected when dealing with a new build) I've found Urbanbubble to be pretty adept and very prompt when it comes to dealing with any issues I've had so far. The only particular gripe I've had is an administration error that seems to keep coming up regarding my tenancy agreement. My contract states 12 months and I have found I've had to re-clarify this on a few occasions now. But everything else has been pretty smooth sailing, I love the studio apartment I'm in. Suggestions for moving forward: I think the installation of some kind of intercom on the front door would be hugely beneficial. Perhaps more indications that the building is 'Norfolk House 2' would be helpful for deliveries and first time visitors. I've found some delivery drivers are confused and end up waiting outside Norfolk House 1 more often than not, meaning I have to run over to them because they had no idea which flat I was talking about as they just see 'Norfolk House' Other than that, keep up the great work.
