        IGNORE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS Don't trust Urban Evolution Lettings, they defraud leaseholders and rob tenants deposits. Really dodgy company that's been defrauding people for years. They was harassing me and my partner for money constantly as we are leaseholders, and then came threats with constant emails! The company owners, pocket money you know them ones!

        Luxury spacious apartments DONT THINK SO! The only good thing about this accommodation is the location. Nothing works in this building, the washing facilities are a joke, when the machine decides not to rob ur money the clothes come out they same way they went in, if not even dirtyer!! No one washies the machines they are full of gunk, Ive been travelling to the laundrette Instead! Oo an dont bother using the dryers best to blow ur clothes dry urself!
