Absolutely amazing service! We travelled from Belfast to liverpool for the match Ian met us at the airport took us to the hotel,waited and took us to the ground and picked us up after the match. I was travelling alone with my son and was nervous about the whole thing being a woman on my own with a child but Ian really did go over and above he kept in contact the whole time through the phone and we felt so safe he made everything run ao smoothly I would highly recommend Ians company to anyone and will absolutely use him again the next time we are in liverpool.

I have been using Picks Travel Liverpool for all of my transportation needs for the past year, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. The drivers are always on time, professional, and courteous, and the vehicles are clean and well-maintained. But what really sets Picks Travel apart is the owner, Ian. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests, whether it's picking me up at an unusual location or making sure I have a car seat for my young child. He is always quick to respond to my texts or calls and goes out of his way to make sure I am happy with the service. I highly recommend Picks Travel Liverpool to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation in the Liverpool area. Ian and his team are the best!

Great service! My husband and I had to get from Liverpool to Heathrow Airport but there weren't any trains that left early enough to get us there on time. We looked at multiple long distance taxi services but we couldn't find one that seemed trustworthy and had more good reviews than bad. We ended up asking our hotel for recommendations and one of them was Picks. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had 5 star reviews, so we booked them. Our driver was early and waiting for us as we checked out of our hotel. They were very kind and got us to the airport in great time. We booked an estate car and there was more than enough room. We've never taken a taxi long distance before and weren't sure what to expect but it was great! We would highly recommend Picks Travel. If we are ever in the country again and in need of taxi service, we'll definitely be using Picks.
