        Following a truly appalling situation with our previous accountant, Heriot Hughes was a recomendation from our mortgage advisor. This wonderful family business have guided, advised and supported us through an extremely stressful 18months. No email goes unanswered, no call ignored and no waiting endlessly for help. This business has literally saved our sanity! I cannot recommend them enough and have no hesitation in awarding the rating of 'excellent' to this business

        Having been with Heriot Hughes for some time (and they did a great job), I decided I needed to cut costs. They refused to move on their prices so I moved accountant. They refused to repay any money I had paid them in advance citing the engagement letter I had signed at the beginning of the relationship. All well and good, but it left a very nasty taste in the mouth. Caveat Emptor!
