        Found this beautiful place online and couldnt wait to call to check availability, I rang last night and was completely gutted, the owner answered the phone and immediately was rude stating I have elderly parents and was so worried why the phone was ringing I thought something bad had happened so very abrupt and rude I was polite and apologised for worrying her and said as you are on the phone can I check your availability please she said we are booked until October and then very rudely hung up on me such a shame as my call was genuine. If you advertise the property maybe show a little bit of courtesy and politeness. Your cottage looks Beautiful but I would never recommend you based on your rudeness
