        We stayed in the Lodge in August, we loved opening the bifold doors and eating outdoors. The property has stunning views down to the South and over farmland. The living room is huge and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were an added touch of luxury. We enjoyed many local countryside walks, long and short. Its a quick and easy drive to Bakewell or Chatsworth not to forget the fabulous pricey Chatsworth farm shop. Good space for more than one car. It felt private without being isolated . Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

        Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very helpful, the property was lovely. Everything was clean, and all the utensils and cooking equipment was provided. Can't think of any real negatives, we'd happily stay again. Food & drinks: There are 4 pubs that do good food within walking distance of the house.
