        Julia is a world-class instructor. The classes are very professional, very effective, yet fun. Julia mixes up the exercises, so they never get boring and delivers a full-body workout. I am much fitter now than I was 10 years ago and I have lost ALL my back pain. Can't speak highly enough of Dial House Pilates.
