Cipriani helped us with every step of the process and made sure we got the best value for money. No matter was to small for him to give advice on. We were kept informed at every step about the progress and Ciprian came when he said he would and left everything very clean. The bathroom is fantastic and we would use Cipriani again in the future. We were really pleased with the work that Cipriani and his colleague carried out. We required a total refurbishment of our bathroom and toilets and this was done efficiently and very professionally including installation of new bath, shower, toilets and vanity units plus tiling and painting. Cipriani kept us informed every step of the way and they worked very hard and in a very timely manner. All rubbish was cleared away efficiently. Extremely happy with the end result. Following star reviews and recommendations from friends, we invited Ciprian to come and help us refit and update two bathrooms. From the first visit, through to the final checks ensuring that everything works, Ciprian has been professional and charming throughout. He managed to carry this out in five days each/ per bathroom. I never imagined this to be possible. They listen, then come in, they don't stop for coffee or break, they work through and don't rest until it is done. The most charming thing was how they took great care to clean up after themselves, they brought their hoover and tidied as they go along. They made sure there was minimal disruption to our family life. They were all smiles and singing! The precision of work is incredible. Ciprian's pipe work is artwork! Upon close inspection, I cannot find a single niggly fault! Ciprian oversees everything quite closely, he doesn't leave anything to chance. They know the trade, they are fairly priced and capable of accommodating everyone's needs, they work hard and then smile when it all starts to look great. From the bottom of my heart, thank you and keep doing the great work. I can't recommend Ciprian and his team high enough.

We moved ino a new build property earlier this year's and wanted it customised to our taste. After searching and interviewing various companies, we settled with Ciprian due to his transparency with costs. other companies had hidden costs that were not specified in their invoices . He was professional all the way and his team was amazing, they went out of their way to help and resolve any questions or issues we had, in the end ,not only did we pay him for his services, him and his team deserved some prime whisky.
