        Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning with a suspected electrical issue on a Saturday morning and Mark was happy to fit me in that morning without an appointment. Had the car back before lunchtime for what was a very reasonable price (far less expensive than what I probably would have paid at a Ford garage). Got exceptional service and on top of that, Mark is friendly and knowledgeable, can't ask for more. Would certainly bring my car back here if necessary.
