Jurassic Bark

We've been happy customers for the past two years but this time we noticed you'd changed couriers from DPD to FedEX. I received a text to say delivery was due tomorrow (the 12th of April) so out all day today and when I return, there's a note through the door to say that the dog food (huge bag) is in the green tool box in the back garden. It's a plastic, oblong storage unit, used for the rabbit's food and hay etc. In order for the dog food to be put in there, they (FedEX) have snapped the plastic to remove the padlock!!!! Tried to call Jurassic Bark and can't get an answer so that's that, we'll find a new supplier because I'm not prepared to be messed around with delivery dates, and then deal with damage to our personal property, just because you've changed from a perfectly good delivery service!

Lovely staff and it also has a dog grooming. Beth is amazing and my dog loves to have a groom with them. Many pets products, food, beds with good prices

They sent me a damaged bag of food with a huge hole in the bag and 700g of food missing (I weighed it when it arrived) I sent them pictures of the damaged bag and they completely denied any responsibility whatsoever and argued with me on the phone saying it wasnt their problem basically! Definitely will not be purchasing from them again.
