Couldn't get the number plate due to the driver being up my backside on the A10. Trying to overtake me at an accident and then cutting me up on a roundabout which made me veer onto the roundabout edge! Disgusting behaviour from someone driving your company vehicle!

I am loath to write a negative on this company as the work that was carried out by the young installation engineer, Sam, was exceptional. He had to dig out the floor, reroute sewerage pipes, reroute feed pipes and waste pipes for a new wet room for my elderly mum with dementia and after two weeks the room was transformed. Just a shame that only a few months later she had to go into residential care due to her declining mental capacity. The reason for my poor review is nothing to do with Sam, but the companies after sales which, when I had a problem, was non-existent and in fact cost my mum additional monies effectively theft in my book. I called the Managing Director but he refused to take my calls so I wrote, but surprisingly, got no reply. Dont get me wrong, the works undertaken were exceptional but the leadership is atrocious, leaving my 84-year-old mum out of pocket. Not impressed
