Fantastic service and very polite staff. Coffee was made quickly, extra chocolate shavings added to my mocha! And the taste... wow! Best mocha I've ever had! If you're in Ely, check them out! Was also pleased to be offered an eco friendly fully-compostable/recyclable lid!

Picked up 5 small bags of beans as part of their taster pack for only 10 at Ely Market, and have to say WOW. Immediately noticed the quality to other beans. Safe to say I am buying big bags of beans, particularly the "Black Bag" which was amazing!

Incredible coffee company! I first tried Silver Oak's coffee at Ely market, and instantly noticed the quality was noticeably SO much better than all the other local coffee companies I'd tried. Not only that, but the team were so friendly and knowledgeable you can tell they're experts in their field and genuinely love the coffee they sell (and the stories behind where the beans are sourced). Since moving further away, I now get my coffee by post and it's a brilliant service I don't know anywhere else where the beans are so fresh they're sent out after their roasting date, so you can get beans that have only been roasting within the last 24-48 hours. A big shout-out to Susanne who is always so friendly and accommodating over email and nothing is too much trouble. She's really helped us out when we've run out of coffee and urgently needed some supplies. Keep up the great work Silver Oak!
