I had to use this company twice, once for my bachelor graduation and again for my master's, and unfortunately both experiences were unsatisfactory. During my bachelor graduation, their website was slow and full of glitches, which prevented me from choosing my own photographs. Instead, I had to rely on them to pick them for me, which was a disappointing experience. When I ordered a scroll for my master's graduation, it was delivered as promised, but I was surprised to find out that I had to pay an additional fee to receive my package from the shipping company. This cost was not included in the international shipping cost calculated by William Northam at checkout, which I found frustrating. Once again, during my master's graduation, I was unable to select my own photograph, and I anticipate having to pay another additional fee to receive my package containing my photographs (Why these were sent separately is unclear to me too). Although their customer service is friendly, I found them to be utterly useless as they were unable to resolve any of my concerns or issues. (They also only respond via email, I've tried to reach them several times over the phone but you keep hearing that they're busy and to keep trying). Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend them to others. Unfortunately, you do not get a choice when a university chooses them when providing graduation gowns, so you don't really get a choice in the matter. PS. I got to see the pictures made for my master graduation, these were the ugliest pictures I have ever seen. Thankfully I have a passionate photographer as a friend who did take good pictures. I'll be printing those off and using those instead. Just annoyed that I've wasted hard-earned money on receiving the most godawful pictures I neither like nor want.

I have graduated July last year and still havent gotten my pictures that I have payed for and ordered on time, 9 months later. After three times of me emailing customer service about this, and them claiming to have resent my order three times (which I have given the correct address to be sent to every single time) I have nothing else but to say I am very disappointed and have no more energy to send more emails about the same issue, as my order has clearly never been sent out (although I was told it has been). There is no reason as to why my package would have been lost or returned three times every single time. Clearly the most important thing to this company is to sell things, get the money but then not care about the rest of the process aka dispatching the products correctly and on time and satisfying their customers. Fail.

Would have give -10 if that was possible. Awful service paid in full for my pictures in June 2022 and still chasing them for my pictures 6 months later. I am surprised institutions like Leeds beckett recommend them. Leeds becket should pay back my money now, as they gave no other option to take pictures. Its their responsibility not mine! Awful company, they keep promising the photos are on their way, Ive even complained to the university too. They are still at the printers 6 months later, lucky me !

Original photos after graduation arrived after a long wait. However, placed a later order for a USB stick early Oct 22 and eventually arrived after 3 phone calls assuring me that it was on its way and several frustrated emails, on the 17th November. Woeful service, as the item was meant to arrive originally within 10 days. I rarely write reviews, but without me hassling them, Im sure I wouldnt have received it at all. If your a university looking for photography, maybe look elsewhere.

This is a worst company for photos , photographs are really not good who took the photos are really unprofessional and made my very important day and memories ending work a not quality ghoyos snd person who took them was very unprofessional and packages were reslky poor had one pose for 3 coppers which not needed , my sister had graduated 4 years ago from legs brcket they had a great photos everyone look so nice badicly wasted my money I wasnt a refund
