We have used Cambridge Chocolates/Novelty Chocolate Gifts on a few occasions now as both a trade and retail customer. This is hands down in our opinion, the best chocolate out there, in line with the taste of brands like Cadburys and Milka. Absolutely gorgeous. When we have ordered for our business, we always get superb feedback from our customers and when we buy for ourselves (items such as the chocolate slabs) the bar doesn't last 5 minutes in this house! On top of this, Chrissie's customer service is second to none. Such a lovely lady and we look forward to ordering from her in the very near future.

This is my third order and Chrissie never disappoints. Delicious chocolates that are made with love. They are always beautifully presented and carefully packaged to make sure that they arrive intact. My last order was a special gift and nothing was too much trouble when I requested that a special message be included. I will be ordering again - a great experience

Fantastic customer service, highly recommend! I notified the shop that I needed these for a party and they were delivered in time with great communication from the store. Items look exactly like their photos online and I cannot wait to try them!
