        Nice chap came to see why our appliance wasn't working and is ordering new part in for us to be fixed soon. He knew what was wrong with it straight away no problem at all.

        Don't bother! Requested price through yelp and received sarcastic price that could buy two houses rather than a quote for the job requested. If it is not something they do either ignore the request or tell someone that it is not a job they would normally carry out. A professional company would not send such stupid remarks. Do yourself a favour and find a company that treats people with respect.

        Booked a visit; he didn't attend. Have called many times but only got through once. He was helpful, but didn't show. And hasn't answered voicemails. Perhaps he will.
