        Brilliant..ran by Father and son. I had a paper jam on my Samsung laser printer...it was 1650 and they close at 1700. I took it too them straight away and it was cleared straightaway . I've managed to clear jams before but this was deep inside the machine. Excellent ,friendly customer service..I will always buy my cartridges from them from now on.

        I made a mistake and ordered the wrong cartridge, so I gave them a call and they instantly sorted it out, plus they organised it so I could order the right one. It's rare to talk to a person on the phone these days but they were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Prices are good too. Excellent service.
