Not impressed at all. Took my TV in at the start of November, got told the turn-around time would be within 3-5 days. I've had to chase every single week. It's now the 21st & I've been told it can't be repaired. Terrible customer service, no follow up calls. Looking back at reviews, it seems many people have had the same experience. Wouldn't recommend at all. It's a shame, as wanted to go independent & help a company out - but has turned out a big mistake & no refund for our 10.

My telly of 15 years finally gave up on me. Went to RandA ,very helpful and friendly gent came and took it away to see what could be done, but to no avail. Purchased a new one from the shop which included installation charge. Next morning technician arrived and installed. Would recommend . Nice helpful team very efficient . If you need help with installing they are the ones to go and see

Very impressed, would recommend and, will use again if needed. John did an excellent job! New Ariel leads, double ariel socket wall point fitted in lounge, booster and tuning and checking that all three tvs work well. Took pride in his work, a neat job done, mask and shoe covers worn. 5*****

Engineer came within 2 hours. Fixed the TV problem and replaced a faulty antennae aerial power box. Gave me an 'impromptu' session on how best to operate my new TV. Well mannered, efficient, and helpful. Will be my first call if ever needed again.
