Excellent Support and guidance over 3 years and 7 months in successfully helping me through a nominated Spanish Lawyer claim a full refund with interest through the Spanish Court, of a lost deposit paid on an off-plan property in a new development; that was part of an elaborate and sophisticated scam. Amazingly, the deposit was lost over 18 years ago. Despite my frustration that my case was taking so much time because of an judicial error in Spain and COVID delays also in Spain the Claims Bureau maintained a truly client focussed approach throughout and in this regard I would like to especially mention David Stafford for his progressional input in keeping me fully advised at all times. The input from Deborah Clark also proved to be invaluable when a beneficial mechanism to transfer awarded funds to me from Spain was required. In short the Claims Bureau will do everything they can to assist you in getting your money back and I would highly recommend that you use their professional services should your circumstances require such expertise.

Not a good experience with this company. They actively seek out people with timeshares, or in my case a points system and make fantastic claims about what they can do. Their customer service was poor and didnt keep in touch at all, they promised calls and never did and didnt reply to emails. All this and it took a year of constantly chasing them to find out we allegedly didnt have a case. Not good.
