        Piers and Owen are professional, knowledgable, well mannered, and good humored. Installed a water softener and gas fireplace. Very happy with the work they have done for me, and looking forward to gettng them back to fit an unvented cylinder in the not too distant future. Can't recommend Primeheat enough. If only more tradesmen were like this!
