Looking at other reviews, I'm not sure if I've just been lucky, or I'm very relaxed and patient, or that this pharmacy really isn't as bad as some people claim. Personally, I've found the staff to be attentive, professional, and doing the best they can under very difficult circumstances. I've never had a problem with missing or incorrect prescriptions, which is good because I have epilepsy. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that, admittedly sometimes there are long queues. But if you think that's bad, then try going to the medicine counter at Boots on a busy day - half the time they're shut, and the other half usually involves a lot of patience. All in all, Fitzalan is not bad. It's a bit better than some, but not quite as good as one or two others. And as for the queues... they're open from 08.30 till 18.30, so just pop back later when it's quieter!

After 5 years of using this Pharmacy we have moved our business elsewhere. In recent months the service has been chaotic.

This Pharmacy has really gone downhill. There is always a queue for service, their prescription order organising system is chaotic as they can never find your prescription. Much of it is in boxes on the floor. The staff seem to have a bad attitude and sometimes quite rude to the customers. We will be changing away from this pharmacy as soon as we return from holiday. Shame you cant tick a negative star as I would have done.
