My bouncy springer spaniel had a full groom yesterday and he looks beautiful. Charlotte is incredibly professional, caring to the animal and always does an amazing cut. She knows specific and traditional styles. Always ready to please or make suggestions. My dog has been having cuts with her for years and hes always happy to be left. Hes made to feel at home by having a look and sniff about. The dogs are given star treatment. And are made to feel special with one to one care. He smells amazing and the bandana is a lovely end of cut treat. He loves it when George pops in as he is lucky enough to have walks with him sometimes when Im not able to. All in all a great team, no complaints.

Charlotte is amazing with my older Westie. Until today, Charlotte had just been recruited to clip her claws as I have been able to clip her coat myself, but today my dog has had a full groom with Charlotte including a facial, de-shed, clip, nails and pretty bandana at the end. Her passion for dogs and doing a good job - all at the dog's pace, is apparent and she is very thorough and professional in her force-free approach. She understands the breed specifics, listens to what you'd like and in my opinion, is fair-priced for the effort and service you get. After all, professionals such as Charlotte take a lot of time to train in these skills, and so she is definitely worth every penny. Thankyou Frankie Doodles, we'll be back!

The best groom our Newfoundland has ever had, and she enjoyed it too. Charlotte is just amazing, she has made our bear look like a happy fluff ball. We have tried other groomers, but no one has ever achieved what Charlotte has done. I cannot recommend highly enough, honestly the best of the best. Not only will Frankie Doodle make your dog look amazing, but they also make sure they are happy too! Eileen is already looking forwards to going back for more fuss, cuddles and to stay looking so beautiful!

charlotte was fantastic with Henry as it was his first time. she kept him calm and he was happy for us to leave him. he's the best he's ever looked and smells good to . would highly recommend
