        Absolute shambles. Lazy staff (not all) ...placed bets Saturday morning ,and lazy male cashier could barely tear himself from his mobile to serve me. Went back Sunday afternoon to collect winnings and bets hadn't even been entered up on system let alone winnings calculated !!! Surly male cashier made me wait 35 minutes then told me to come back tomorrow !!!! In fairness female cashier embarrassed and apologised but angry at laziness of colleagues. Chichester branch equally bad. Never going back...and I was good tipper !!
