        I cannot thank every member of the staff team at Fulford enough for the commitment that they have shown our residents and families over the past months. You have all carried on through hard times with the smiles on your faces that you have all of the time. Thank you Kim

        Nadine and Julie looked after Dad like he was their own family. He could have a laugh and joke with them which helped him settle quickly and enjoy his time there. Dad went to the care home after being in hospital having had a bad fall. Nadine and Julie helped Dad to gain his confidence back and that enabled him to go back home with carers coming in to help him. Nadine and Julie helped Dad to keep in touch with me over the phone. This was just so important to us especially during these uncertain times of lockdown.
